Over the course of the past year, Lord Neil Gibson and individual investors have been moving forward with permitting, financing and development plans to complete construction of a multi-million dollar munitions plant in the economically challenged area of North Las Vegas.
This project had been approved and green-lighted by both the Governor of Nevada as well as the City Of North Las Vegas, approvals coming through both the mayor’s office and the economic and planning commission.
